Helm<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/john-d-watt\">John D. Watt<\/a>\u00a0,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kaelyn-griffin-a85435169\/\">Kaelyn Griffin<\/a>, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas have created a series of Jamovi assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These 10 assignments include step-by-step instructions to take students from the basics of opening data files to the complexities of creating a professional conference poster (complete with literature review, method, results, graph, and discussion).\u00a0 Each assignment is independent so they may be used in any order. After completing these assignments, students will be better prepared for the rigors of the workplace and for graduate-level research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These assignments also teach students about climate change. They use <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1hrM6tfOst7CUWv4PglseVrwrmASntvLx\/edit?usp=share_link&amp;ouid=112546881402435763955&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">data on climate change anxiety, hope, trust, and action<\/a> collected from 500 United States Mturk workers, and they provide additional resources so students can learn more about climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students get links to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/datalab.cc\/jamovi\/\">short videos<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.learnstatswithjamovi.com\/\">written descriptions<\/a>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;beginning of each assignment.
